Currently serving as Vice President of Operational Support & Initiatives at RR Living, Carissa plays a key role in supporting company growth, streamlining operations, and driving initiatives that create long-term success across communities and teams. She enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and helping teams feel supported, empowered, and connected to a shared vision.

Over the course of her career, Carissa has held leadership positions in property operations, client services, renovation support, sales operations, and business development with organizations including AZP Multifamily, CASK Industries, Cortland, and Archstone Apartments. Her experience across multiple areas of the industry has given her a well-rounded perspective and a deep understanding of what it takes to build strong teams and successful communities.

Carissa is especially passionate about leadership development, customer experience, and creating meaningful partnerships that drive positive results. She takes pride in being someone others can rely on for guidance, support, and innovative solutions.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Economics from University of Georgia. Carissa lives in the Atlanta area with her husband and their beloved furbaby, Ollie. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and making meaningful memories with the people she loves most.
