RR Living Debuts on MHN's 2026 Top Property Management Companies List
RR Living has been named to Multi-Housing News' 2026 Top Multifamily Property Management Companies, ranking in the top 50 of 65 firms.
It's our first time on the list.
We've spent years building toward something like this without knowing when it would come. Every lease signed, every work order closed, every resident who chose to renew — that's what a ranking actually measures. Not the announcement. The thousands of small things that happened before it.
Sixty-five firms made this year's list, together managing more than 4.1 million units. Many of them have been building their platforms for decades. We're honored to be counted alongside them, and we don't take the placement lightly.
And we got here by growing.
Our portfolio expanded from 14,493 units to 15,115 over the reporting period — 622 additional homes, and 622 more households counting on an RR Living team. That growth spans market rate, luxury, student, and single-family rental assets, because owners across very different portfolios chose to trust us with them.
The debut on this list is part of a bigger pattern. Earlier this year we climbed to No. 4 on Best Places to Work in Multifamily® — up from No. 12 the year before, and our first national Top 5 placement. We've been recognized as a Best Place to Work in Multifamily for Women, earned an A+ BBB rating, and picked up multiple BusinessRate BEST of 2025 Awards for our communities.
None of that happened by accident. It happened because our teams kept raising the bar on themselves.
But this one belongs to our teams.
To the onsite associates who greet residents by name. To the service technicians who show up when something breaks. To the community managers holding it all together, the regional leaders who set the standard, and the support teams making sure everyone has what they need — this is yours. You earned it long before anyone published a list.
To the owners and investors who trusted us with their communities: thank you for believing in what we were building before there was a ranking to point to.
First time on the list. We intend to keep showing up.
